Sign-up & Payment

How do I sign up?
The easiest way is right on our website! Go to the event or camp page at nogares.com, tap Sign Up Now, and pay at checkout. You'll find every upcoming event and camp on our Events & Camps page. Prefer to text? You can also RSVP by texting Ashley at (407) 765-2350.
How do I pay?
The easiest way is to pay at checkout on our website when you sign up. Checkout takes credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. If you RSVP by texting Ashley, you'll usually pay by Venmo or Cash App. Prefer cash? You can pay at our front desk during the week before the event, and we'll give you a receipt.
How much does it cost?
Each event and camp page lists its price. Our current Weekend Event and Thanksgiving Camps are $35 per child, and Christmas Camps are $35 per child, per day.
Can I sign up more than one child?
Absolutely! Each sign-up is for one gymnast, so just fill out the sign-up form once for each child. We don't offer a sibling discount, but we can't wait to have the whole crew!
Do you need to be a Nogare's gym member to come?
Nope! Members and non-members are both welcome. Our sign-up form simply asks whether your gymnast is a member, and right now the price is the same for everyone.
What information will you ask for when I sign up?
For each child we ask for their name and age, whether they're a Nogare's member, and a parent or guardian's name and phone number. If your gymnast has any allergies, dietary needs, or medical notes, just let us know by email at hello@nogares.com or text Ashley at (407) 765-2350.
Is there a sign-up deadline?
Nope! You can sign up anytime as long as spots are still available.
How do I know if an event is full?
Spots are limited, and our events usually fill up at about 55 gymnasts, so we recommend signing up early! When an event is full, the website marks it as full and the sign-up button goes away. If you text Ashley at (407) 765-2350, she'll let you know too.
Will I get a confirmation?
Yes! When you sign up on our website, you'll get an order confirmation email.

Drop-off, Pickup & What to Bring

What time is drop-off?
Doors open 5 minutes before the start time, and that's when drop-off begins. Exact times are on each event's page.
What time is pick-up?
Pick-up is right at the end time unless otherwise noted, so please be on time. Exact times are on each event's page.
Can I drop off early?
Drop-off is always 5 minutes before the start, because that's when our doors open, with no exceptions. If you arrive early, you're more than welcome to wait in your car in our parking lot or on the street.
Where do I drop off and pick up?
Drop off and pick up at our main front door: Nogare's Gymnastics, 1106 Acero Ave, Pueblo, CO 81004. You can park in our parking lot or on the street.
Who can pick up my child?
If a different adult will be picking up your gymnast, please let us know ahead of time. We really appreciate the heads-up! At pick-up, all of our coaches are in the lobby, paying close attention and helping each child find the right grown-up and feel comfortable heading home.
What if I'm running late for pick-up?
There's no late fee, but please do your best to arrive on time. If late pick-ups become a repeated problem, we may not be able to welcome your gymnast to future events or camps.
What should my gymnast wear?
Comfortable, appropriate gym clothes with no zippers, snaps, or buttons. For safety, we encourage bare feet (no socks), and please leave any hanging jewelry at home so it can't get caught on equipment.
What should my gymnast bring?
Just a water bottle. That's it!
Can my gymnast bring a phone?
Phones stay in your gymnast's cubby, not out in the gym, so the focus stays on flips, games, and fun.
Do I need to send food or snacks?
Nope! Food is included at our events and camps, and each event page lists the menu. Please don't send outside food unless we've arranged it with you for an allergy or other dietary need (see Food & Allergies below).

Food & Allergies

Is food included?
Yes! Every event and camp includes food, and each event page lists exactly what's on the menu. For example, Slime & Somersaults has a pizza party buffet with Reactor Goo Jell-O for dessert, and The Great Gymnastics Gobble Games includes a Chick-fil-A lunch at 11:00 AM.
Can we bring outside food?
Please don't bring outside food. If your gymnast has food allergies, text Ashley at (407) 765-2350 to arrange outside food.
My child has a food allergy. What should I do?
Please let us know! We sometimes serve desserts, candy, or snacks that may contain nuts or other allergens. Just let us know by email at hello@nogares.com or text Ashley at (407) 765-2350, and we'll arrange for your gymnast to bring their own food.
Can you accommodate other dietary needs (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.)?
We can definitely work with you to make sure your gymnast is taken care of! Just let us know by email at hello@nogares.com or text Ashley at (407) 765-2350.

Refunds & Cancellations

Can I get a refund if we can't make it?
We don't offer refunds or transfers, but if you can't make an event, we'll give you a credit, and credits never expire.
My child is sick. What should I do?
Feel better soon! Please let us know as soon as you can by texting Ashley at (407) 765-2350 or emailing hello@nogares.com. We'll give you a credit, and credits never expire.
Can I transfer my spot to another child or another event?
We don't do transfers, but if your gymnast can't make it, we'll give you a credit, and credits never expire.
Will bad weather cancel an event?
Never! Our gym is indoors, so the fun goes on rain, snow, or shine.
What happens if Nogare's has to cancel an event?
If we ever have to cancel an event, we'll immediately post the replacement or new date. If that date doesn't work for you, we'll give you a refund right away.

Ages & Safety

What ages can come?
Our events and camps are for gymnasts ages 4+. Our littlest ones, ages 8–36 months, can join Tuesday Mini’s with a grown-up.
Does my child need gymnastics experience?
Not at all! Beginners and experienced gymnasts are both welcome. Activities are coach-supervised and adapted to different skill levels, and our games are all about encouragement and fun, not scores or rankings.
What's the difference between Events, Camps and Mini’s?
Weekend Events are fun weekend gatherings at the gym, like Slime & Somersaults on a Saturday evening. Our camps happen during school breaks, like Thanksgiving and Christmas break, and run on weekday mornings. Both are for ages 4+ and packed with gymnastics fun, activities, and food. Mini’s are Tuesday morning classes for ages 8–36 months, with a grown-up.
Is there an age limit at the top end?
Our events and camps are for ages 4+. Most of our gymnasts are 4 to 12, and older gymnasts are welcome too!
Can my child bring a friend?
Of course! Friends are welcome. Each gymnast just needs their own sign-up.
Can parents stay and watch?
Our Weekend Events and school-break camps are drop-off programs, and very few parents stay. You're always welcome to drop in, though, and coming to watch the last few minutes is no problem! Just know that our events take up a lot of space, so we don't have seating for parents. At Mini’s, a grown-up stays with their child the whole class.
Who supervises the gymnasts?
Our events and camps are led by the Nogare's coaching team, with eyes on every gymnast. Gym activities and open gym time are supervised. We usually have one coach for every 8 to 10 gymnasts, and since many activities happen together, all of our coaches are on the floor at once.
Is there a waiver?
Yes. Every new visitor to our gym is asked to sign our full Accident & Injury Release form.
How do you handle medical needs?
If your gymnast has any medical needs, just let us know by email at hello@nogares.com or text Ashley at (407) 765-2350, so our team knows ahead of time.
What happens if my child gets hurt or sick at an event?
We'll call you right away and tell you everything that happened. Then you decide what's best, which usually means coming to the gym to check on your gymnast.

Mini’s (ages 8–36 months)

What are Mini’s?
Tuesday morning gym time for our littlest movers and their grown-ups, ages 8–36 months. Little ones climb, balance, jump and tumble while building confidence and coordination, and have so much fun doing it.
Do I stay with my child?
Yes. Every Mini’s child comes with a parent or another grown-up, so it isn’t a drop-off class.
When are classes?
Tuesdays, 8:30–9:30 AM or 9:30–10:30 AM. Most families pick one time and keep it all month.
How much is it?
Pay for the whole month upfront and it’s just $15 a class, so the month price depends on how many Tuesdays it has. Or walk in for $20 a class.
How do I sign up?
Go to the Mini’s tab on our Events & Camps page, choose the month deal or a single date, then pick your class time at checkout.
Can we join partway through the month?
Yes. Book a $20 walk-in for any upcoming Tuesday. The month deal is only available until that month’s first Tuesday class.
What if we miss a class?
We don’t do makeups for missed Mini’s classes. We’ve kept the price low, so missing one isn’t the end of the world, and the month deal still saves you money.
What should my child wear or bring?
The same as our other events and camps: comfortable clothes with no zippers, snaps or buttons.
Can siblings come along?
Absolutely. Siblings are welcome to join the class as paid visitors.
Where do we go when we arrive?
Come in through the main front door. You can park in the lot or on the street. If you signed up for a walk-in at the last minute, introduce yourself and show us your confirmation so we can meet you.
