Everything you need to know before the big day.
What time is drop-off and pick-up?
Flips Before the Feast runs from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Wednesday, November 25, 2026. Doors open at 8:55 AM, 5 minutes before the start, so please plan to drop off then. Pick-up is at 12:00 PM sharp.
What will my gymnast do?
Fly through the Ultimate Fliptastic Tumbling Course (tumble track, jumbo incline into the foam pit, and vault onto thick mats), play gymnastics games like Turkey Tag and Turkey Trot Relays for fun prizes, mix up a Giant Fall Candy Salad to take home, and enjoy supervised open gym time. Beginners and experienced gymnasts are both welcome!
What should my gymnast wear or bring?
Just a water bottle and appropriate gym clothes with no zippers, snaps, or buttons. That's it!
Can my gymnast bring a phone?
Phones stay in your gymnast's cubby during camp, not out in the gym, so the morning is all about flips, games, and fun!
Is lunch included? Can we bring outside food?
Yes! Our Pizza Party Buffet at 11 AM is included: Domino's cheese and pepperoni pizza and parmesan bites, plus lime Gatorade and water, with Rice Krispies Treats for dessert after lunch. The Giant Fall Candy Salad goes home in a take-home bag. Please don't bring outside food. If your gymnast has food allergies, text Ashley at (407) 765-2350 to arrange outside food.
