What time is drop-off and pick-up?
Snow Way Out runs from 5:00 to 8:00 PM on Saturday, December 12, 2026. Doors open at 4:55 PM, 5 minutes before the start, so please plan to drop off then. Pick-up is at 8:00 PM sharp.
What will my gymnast do?
Kick off with the Great Yeti Snowball Battle, play Yetis & Hikers games with prizes, tackle Escape the Yeti’s Mountain obstacle course, enjoy the Pizza Buffet and Frozen Treats Ice Cream Bar, then open gym free play, the Yeti Chill Zone, icy glow gear and tons of games & prizes!
What should my gymnast wear or bring?
Just a water bottle and appropriate gym clothes with no zippers, snaps or buttons. That’s it!
Can my gymnast bring a phone?
Phones stay in your gymnast’s cubby during the event, not out in the gym, so the night is all about snowball battles, flips and fun!
Is dinner included? Can we bring outside food?
Yes, dinner is included! Our Pizza Buffet has Domino’s pepperoni, cheese and Parmesan bread bites, plus Glacier Blue and White Gatorade and water, and dessert is the Frozen Treats Ice Cream Bar. Please don’t bring outside food. If your gymnast has food allergies, text Ashley at (407) 765‑2350 to arrange outside food.
